WELL MAINTAINED HOUSE IN LOVELY AREA

This characteristic town house is located in a typical little island street, with all older houses, lots of flowers and a very warm atmosphere. The entrance leads to the hallway – from here on the left side it leads into the open plan living room with dining area and a simple but well equipped kitchen. In the living room there is an entrance to the basement which is hidden in a closet. Up the stairs is an open space that leads to two bedrooms and a balcony. One bedroom opens up to the balcony, the other one has a window. There is a storage space next to the staircase.
The house has a tiled roof and has been maintained very well. It is on walking distance of the beach, the medical centre and the centre of the town. It is about 10 minutes walking to the nearest bus station.

Ένα χαρακτηριστικό κ συμπαθητικό αρχοντικό σπίτι, σε ένα μικρο δρομάκι του νησιού μέσα στην πόλη, κ με άλλα σπίτια της ίδιας κατηγορίας, με πολλα λουλούδια κ μια πολύ ζεστή γειτονιά. Μπαίνοντας υπάρχει ένας διάδρομος στην αριστερή πλευρά είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος καθιστικού κ τραπεζαρίας κ μια καλώς εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Στο σαλόνι υπάρχει μια είσοδος για το υπόγειο. Σκάλες σε οδηγούν στο πάνω όροφο όπου είναι τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια κ το μπαλκόνι. Το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο έχει πρόσβαση στο μπαλκόνι, κ το άλλο έχει παράθυρο. Υπάρχει ένας αποθηκευτικός χώρος δίπλα στις σκάλες. Το σπίτι έχει κεραμοσκεπή η οποία έχει διατηρηθεί σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση. Η παραλια είναι σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια όπως το κέντρο υγείας , επίσης κ πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι περίπου 10 λεπτά για την στάση του λεωφορείου.
