NEW BUILDING PROJECT IN KOLIOS AREA

In a lovely valley, close to the beach of Kolios, but private and remote at the same time, a unique holiday home complex is starting to grow. Today we are leveling the grounds, tomorrow we will place the houses and next summer you can stay there… enjoying the sound of the tzitzikia and the smell of oregano when you have your morning coffee on your balcony, and you can feel in the atmosphere that it will be a nice sunny day. Great to go to the beach, or to stay locally and chat with your surrounding neighbors at the pool.

The complex will exists of 13 small houses in a very attractive price range, and of 3 bigger family homes.
If you decide now you can influence what materials you would like to use in your house: kitchen, bathroom and floors can be selected up to your own taste and standard. All houses will have air conditioning and heating. All houses will have an outdoor cooking and Barbeque area. Each one will have the privacy you long for when you want to get away, but very low maintenance. There will be service costs for maintaining the whole complex, and if desired, extra services are available: cleaning, getting the house ready for your arrival,, renting it out for you and cover part of your expenses.
