BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED TRADITIONAL TOWN HOUSE

In the area of Agia Triada, close to the upper church, a unique renovation object is for sale. This two storey high building was renovated with an eye on tradition, but with modern elements as well. Στην περιοχή της Άγιας Τριάδας, κοντά στην εκκλησία της Παναγίας Λιμναίας, βρίσκεται ένα καταπληκτικό παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι για πώληση.
Το διώροφο κτήριο χτίστηκε με το σεβασμό στην παράδοση, αλλά φέρει και μοντέρνα στοιχεία. Από έξω έχει πολύ ξεχωριστό χαρακτήρα, συνδυάζοντας ώχρα σοβά με φυσική πέτρα.

Εδώ βρίσκεται επίσης μια μεγάλη και άνετη κουζίνα, εξοπλισμένη με ψυγείο, πλυντήριο πιάτων, πλυντήριο ρούχων και φούρνο. Άνετα χωράει και τραπέζι. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει και ένα μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα και τουαλέτα.
Μια ξύλινη σκάλα ανεβαίνει στον πρώτο όροφο, όπου βρίσκονται τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ακόμη ένα μπάνιο. Το ένα δωμάτιο έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια, μια ντουλάπα, και έχει παράθυρο προς ένα ήσυχο στενό. Το άλλο δωμάτιο είναι πιο μεγάλο, έχει διπλό κρεβάτι, ντουλάπες και μπαλκόνι.
Το σπίτι έχει κλιματισμό και στα δυο πατώματα. ¨Όταν ανακαινίστηκε το σπίτι, έγινε αντικατάσταση των ηλεκτρικών καλωδίων και των σωλήνων.
Η περιοχή είναι περιζήτητη, επειδή δεν έχει φανερή χρήση του τουρισμού, έχει καλή πρόσβαση και βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην πρώτη παραλία της Μεγάλη Άμμου, και στη κεντρική οδό Παπαδιαμάντη.
