HOUSE IN PLATANIA, PELION (mainland Greece)

On the mainland of Greece, this attractive house is located in Platania, Pelion - a very attractive and peaceful fishing village, huddled by the sea at the foot of mountains, and only a few minutes by boat from all the rersort activities of the island of Skiathos. The house is 150m from the small harbour of Platania, with shops and restaurants on the sea front, and close to the beaches. It is totally private, (but about 70 steps are required to reach it) and has a large living room / kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large terrace - which, like all the ground floor, is paved with Pelion stone.
On the ground floor is an open plan living room, dining area and fully fitted kitchen, there is also a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The garden is well established and has many fruit trees.
There are magnificent views of both the sea and the mountains.

Cette maison pleine de charme se trouve sur le continent grec, a la pointe du Pelion, a Platania - un joli et paisible petit village de pecheurs, blotti entre la mer et le pied des montagnes, a quelques minutes seulement par bateau des multiples attractions touristiques de l'ile de Skiathos. La maison se situe a 150 m du petit port de Platania et des boutiques et restaurants du front de mer, a proximite des plages. Elle est totalement protegee du voisinage (mais il faut gravir environ 70 marches pour meriter de l'atteindre) et comporte un grand salon/salle a manger/cuisine, 4 chambres a coucher, 2 salles de douche et une grande terrasse qui, comme tout le rez-de-chaussee, est pavee de pierres du Pelion.
La cuisine americaine totalement equipee et le salon/salle a manger se trouvent au rez-de-chaussee, ainsi qu'une chambre a coucher et une salle de douche. Les trois autres chambres et salle de douche sont au premier etage. Le jardin est entierement amenage, avec de nombreux arbres fruitiers.
La vue sur la mer et les montagnes est magnifique

Στην ηπειρωτική Ελλάδα, βρίσκεται αυτό το όμορφο διαμέρισμα στο Πήλιο στον Πλατανιά. Ένα ιδιαίτερα ήσυχο κ ελκυστικό ψαροχώρι, η θάλασσα βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση, κ μόλις λίγα λεπτά απ΄το νησί της Σκιάθου με μια βάρκα. Το σπίτι είναι 100 μέτρα απ΄το λιμάνι του Πλατανιά, όπου βρίσκονται μαγαζιά κ ταβέρνες μπροστά στη θάλασσα, κ κοντά στις παραλίες. Είναι εντελώς ιδιωτικό, διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι/κουζίνα, 4 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, κ μια μεγάλη αυλή που όπως όλες είναι στρωμένη με πέτρα. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται το σαλόνι με την τραπεζαρία, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο κ ένα μπάνιο. Στον πάνω όροφο υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια κ άλλο ένα μπάνιο. Ο κήπος περιέχει πολλα οπωροφόρα δέντρα. Έχει καταπλικτηκή θέα προς την θάλασσα κ τα βουνά.
