This is one of four villas built in an olive grove on the road to Kastro and Kechria. Each villa has its own swimming pool of 8 x 3 metres and all the villas have stunning views along the north coast of Skiathos, out to the Pelion Peninsular and the mainland near Volos.
Each villa is finished to the highest standard and has fitted kitchen cupboards, fitted wardrobes and a fireplace in the living room.
Windows and doors are of aluminium and are double glazed with screens.
The accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite), 3 bathrooms, and a large open plan liviung room and kitchen with a fireplace.
There are large terraces outside the villa and surrounding the pool, and a BBQ is provided.

Αυτή είναι μία απ’ τις τέσσερις βίλες που χτίστηκαν μέσα σε έναν ελαιώνα προς τον δρόμο για το Κάστρο κ την Κεχριά. Η καθεμία έχει δικιά της πισίνα 8 x 3 μέτρα με καταπληκτική θέα κατα μήκος της βόρειας ακτής της Σκιάθου, έξω απ’ το Πήλιο κ την ηπειρωτική χώρα κοντά στο Βόλο
Η κάθε βίλα έχει χτιστεί με τις υψηλότερες προδιαγραφές, διαθέτουν εντοιχισμένα ντουλάπια στην κουζίνα κ στα υπνοδωμάτια, κ τζάκι στο σαλόνι. Οι πόρτες κ τα παράθυρα είναι από αλουμίνιο κ διπλά τζάμια. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει τρία υπνοδωμάτια, τρια μπάνια, κ έναν ανοιχτό χώρο κουζίνα σαλόνι με τζάκι. Παρέχεται κ μπάρμπεκιου.
