Studios Zaxos are 4 studios in a large plot of land in the Troulos area just 10 minutes walk from Troulos Beach.
The accommodation comprises of 4 studios for 2 to 3 people. The studios would be bought freehold and approximately 1,000 m2 of land would be held leasehold with them.
These studios presently work in conjunction with the neighbouring Hotel Zaxos and its cafe/bar which provides breakfasts, snacks and drinks for the guests.
