GO KARTS BUSINESS WITH BAR AND GAMING AREA

On the road to Xanemos, on the other side of the airport, is the Go karts Skiathos complex. It has a go kart circuit, an out door bar, an in door bar with dutch billiard tables, electronical games and the possibility to develop the business further. Its opening hours during the summer seazon are 19.00-03.00. It is also open in the winter and is then open during the day, and closes a bit earlier at night.
The owner is looking for someone to buy the business, or to lease it. In the last case, there will be a long term lease contract.
At this point it targets youngsters, and older people that like a very nice bar, with a relaxed atmosphere, and not so loud music that allows for sitting with company, talk and enjoy.
The Go Kart circuit area could also be available for other activities, like skating, or bicycling for children, on hours that the go karts aren't used.
The owner wants to sell the business because of health reasons.

Το Go Kart θα μπορούσε να είναι διαθέσιμο κ για άλλες δραστηριότητες όπως πατινάζ, η ποδήλατο για τα παιδιά στις ώρες που δεν λειτουργεί η πίστα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης θέλει να πουλήσει την επιχείρηση για λόγους υγείας .
