This is a large plot of commercial land, located conveniently close to Skiathos Town, the harbour, the boatyards and the airport. It has two warehouses on it, one of 276.50 m2 and one of 171.60 m2. There are also loading ramps, lorry maintenance ramps and high voltage electricity for heavy duty machinery.
The plot has its own source of water and a 30 m2 water tank. Apart from the buildings, there is a large open area suitable as parking for cars or boats.
