GREEK RESTAURANT IN CENTRAL LOCATION, SKIATHOS

On a very good location in the Papadiamanti Street, the main street of Skiathos, an enchanting restaurant is available for sale. It was established in 2007, and all the equipment is in excellent condition and according all European laws and regulations. The restaurant has 27 tables and can host up to 100 people. The main sitting area is outside on the triangular square, just off the side walk of the Papadiamanti street. Inside there is space for a few tables only. This is a summer business, but with a few alterations it could be working in the winter too, if a heated tent in front of the restaurant space was added. The restaurant inside has the kitchen area, 2 toilets and a storage space in the back.
The rental price is around 1500 euro per month, and there is an annual lease to the municipality of Skiathos of about 3500 euro, for using the outside sitting area. It has been managed the past years with a staff of 5, and the owner herself.
The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and a menu that combines the favourite and well known Greek meals with a range of dishes from various area in Greece, less famous but equally good. It is styled with taste and a lovely Mediterranean touch.

Πάνω στο πεζοδρόμιο στην κεντρική οδό Παπαδιαμάντη, πωλείται ένα πολύ ξεχωριστό και επιτυχής εστιατόριο, σε πολύ καλή θέση. Έχει 27 τραπέζια, και μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει 100 άτομα. Τα περισσότερα τραπέζια στέκονται σε μια μικρή πλατεία, και μερικά ακόμη βρίσκονται ακριβώς μπροστά στο μαγαζί, με τέντα που μπορεί να κλείσει και να προστατεύσει από τον καιρό.
Η διακόσμηση του εστιατορίου είναι πολύ περιποιημένη και στιλάτη, και το μενού συνδυάζει τα γνωστά πιάτα με πιο άγνωστα και πιο ψαγμένα φαγητά από διάφορες περιοχές της Ελλάδας.
Λειτουργεί από το 2007, και ο εξοπλισμός είναι άριστης ποιότητας και σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση.
Για την χρήση του πεζοδρομίου χρεώνονται τέλη από τον Δήμο κάθε χρόνο (περίπου 3500 €). Ο χώρος του εστιατορίου είναι προς ενοικίαση.
Το εστιατόριο λειτουργεί με 5 άτομα προσωπικό. Πίσω από τον χώρο του εστιατορίου υπάρχει και μια αποθήκη. Οικονομικά στοιχεία είναι διαθέσιμα μόνο για σοβαρούς ενδιαφερόμενους.
