VILLA KIM

Villa Kim situated on the beautiful island of Skiathos, is a family run business, which has been catering to holiday makers for over 30 years. It comprises of the main villa which has The apartments were completely renovated in 2004. The villa looks out over Achladies bay only 3 kilometres from Skiathos town. The beach is a few minutes walk down the foot path. The view from all the apartments, which face the sea, is breath taking. There is a convenient bus stop right outside the house, with adequate parking spaces available for those with cars. The three larger apartments sleep up to six people and the three studios sleep up to four. They are all self-contained with independent entrances, their own kitchens & bathrooms. All the verandahs face the sea, and the view is perfect for breakfast or relaxing as the sun sets! Each apartment has its own internet connection port, satellite TV, CD/DVD player and air conditioning. Just minutes away are two small super markets which deliver food, beverages etc. directly to the villa. In addition to car or motorbike rental, speed boats are also available for rent on a daily or weekly basis.

Η βίλα Κιμ βρίσκεται στο πανέμορφο νησί της σκιάθο, είναι μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση, η οποία στεγάζει τουριστες για πάνω από 30 χρόνια. Αποτελείται από την κυρίως βίλα η οποία έχει κάποια διαμερίσμτα τα οποία ανακαινίστηκαν πρόσφατα.
Η βίλα έχει θέα τις Αχλαδιές, είναι μόλις 3 λεπτα από την πόλη της Σκιάθου. Η παραλία είναι πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια. Ολα τα διαμερίσματα έχουν θέα. Υπάρχει μια βολική στάση λεωφορείου έξω απ’ το σπίτι, όπως επίσης κ αρκετές θέσεις για άτομα που έχουν αυτοκίνητο. Τα τρία μεγαλύτερα διαμερίσματα μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν μέχρι 6 άτομα κ τα τρία στούντιο φιλοξενούν μέχρι 4 άτομα. Είναι όλα αυτόνομα με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο, δικό τους μπάνιο κ κουζίνα. Το κάθε διαμέρισμα έχει σύνδεση internet, δορυφορική τηλεόραση, CD/DVD player, κ κλιματισμό.
Εκεί κοντά υπάρχουν κ δύο μικρά σουπερμάρκετ. Εκτός από ενοικιαζόμενο αυτοκίνητο η μηχανάκι, υπάρχουν κ ταχύπλοα διαθέσημα για ενοικίαση σε ημερήσια η μηνιαία βάση.
