This is a large plot of land on the road to Lehouni Beach. It is just 3 minutes drive to the beach (or a 10 minute stroll). Although in a wonderfully secluded part of the island it is only 10 minutes drive to Skiathos Town.
The land is right on the road to the beach with a small area of 1,173 m2 below the road and the larger area of 7,784 m2 above the road. The view is down the Lehouni Valley to the sea on the north of the island. One side of the land borders a lovely old streambed.
