GOOD PLOT IN PROFITIS ELIAS AREA, WITH KALIVI

Good plot of 8,5 stremmata (8560 m2) located just below the church of Profitis Ilias, next to Platanos restaurant and the spring of Profitis Ilias.
It is an area very rich in water and there is electricity close by. It has a small kalivi (cottage) that needs restoration. Profitis Ilias is a beautiful area on the side of the mountain, looking down over Skiathos Town and with beautiful panoramic views. It is 10 minutes out of town. It lies on a hill side like an amphitheater, and is divided in various platforms. On some parts of it a villa could be built with good views. The best views are on the right side of the plot.

Αυτό το οικόπεδο αποτελείται από 8,5 στρέμματα (8560μ2) κ βρίσκεται λίγο ποιό κάτω απ’την εκκλησία του Προφήτη Ηλία δίπλα στο εστιατόριο Πλάτανος.
Είναι μια περιοχή πολύ πλούσια σε νερό καθώς κ το ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα είναι κοντά.
Υπάρχει ένα μικρό καλυβάκι που χρειάζεται αποκατάσταση. Η περιοχή του Προφητη Ηλία είναι πολύ όμορφη απ’ την πλευρά του βουνού καθώς έχει πανοραμική θέα όλη την χώρα της Σκιάθου. Απέχει 10 λεπτά απ’ την πόλη, κ η καλύτερη θέα βρίσκεται απ’την δεξια πλευρά του οικοπέδου.
