COTTAGE IN THE MOUNTAINS, FRESH AND FREE

In the mountains between the Evangelistria Monastery and Profitis Ilias, you will find this lovely cottage surrounded by a big peaceful green piece of land. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a dining area and a fire place. It is centrally heated.
All along the front side and around to the left side the house has a big and shady verandah. On the side is a nice pick nick terrace, with a barbeque and an original oven. The house is sheltered by the shade of the pine trees, and the nature all around this area is lovely and green. As the cottage is located a bit higher up on a hill side, it remains nice and cool, even in the summer. There is a significant difference in temperature and humidity compared to the Town and south side. There are many walking paths in the area. Some of Skiathos most appreciated restaurants are close by, like the Panorama pizzeria and Platanos restaurant. The distance to Town is aproximately 10 minutes.
