MAVRAGANI VILLAS, SKOPELOS

Villas are for sale as a package, that includes all land and both villas. Situated on the top of a hill in the north side of Skopelos Island in Greece, the two villas are only five minutes away from the magnificent beach of Perivoliou and ten minutes away from the village of Glossa. The view is stunning. You can see the beaches of the northern side of Skopelos, the island of Alonnisos, the sea between the island of Skiathos and Skopelos and the green pine forests of the island as far as the eye can see. Each villa is a 150 sq meters in three levels and has its own swimming pool.
There are two bedrooms, one Jacuzzi bathroom and veranda upstairs, a living room with fireplace, kitchen, a bathroom with shower and veranda downstairs. Basement (1,5m above ground) a studio playroom with a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with independent entrance and amazing view also. The two villas are air-conditioned and have central-heating for the winter. The surrounding area of each villa is approximately 2,000 sq meters of olive trees and other plants.

Aυτές οι κομψές βίλες είναι προς πώληση ως ένα πακέτο. Βρίσκονται στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στην βόρεια πλευρά της Σκοπέλου, κ μόλις πέντε λεπτά απ’ την υπέροχη παραλία του Περιβολιού, κ δέκα λεπτά μακριά απ’το χωριό της Γλώσσας. Η θέα είναι καταπληκτική καθώς μπορείτε να δείτε τις παραλίες στην βόρεια πλευρά της Σκοπέλου, κ το την Αλόννησο, την θάλασσα μεταξύ της Σκιάθου κ της Σκοπέλου κ τα κατπράσινα δάση από πεύκα. Καθε βίλα είναι 150μ2 κ η καθεμία έχει δικιά της πισίνα.

Στο υπόγειο ( 1,5 μετρο πάνω απ’ το έδαφος ) βρίσκεται το πλεϊρουμ με ένα ακόμη μπάνιο, κ μια μικρή κουζίνα με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο κ καταπληκτικη θέα επίσης. Κ οι δύο βίλες έχουν κλιματισμό, κ κεντρική θέρμανση για το χειμώνα. Η γύρο περιοχή της καθε βίλας είναι 2000μ2 με ελαιόδεντρα κ διάφορα άλλα φυτά.

Νησι Σκόπελος στην Ελλάδα. Ένα απ’τα ομορφότερα νησιά στην Ελλάδα. Είναι ένα απ’ τα ποιό καταπράσινα νησιά, με πολλά πεύκα, γαλήνη κ ηρεμία. Αυτό το νησί είναι ένας απ’τους θυσαυρούς της Ελλάδας. Οι βίλες έχουν χτιστεί σε μια γαλήνια περιοχη που βρίσκεις την ηρεμία σου, που όμως μέσα σε πολυ λίγα λεπτά μπορούν να έχουν κ πρόσβαση στην πόλη της Γλώσσας.
