LARGE COMMERCIAL PLOT AT KORAKAFOLIA

This large plot of 57,580 square metres of land is situated on the headland of Korakafolia on the north-east side of the island and above the magnificent beach of Megas Yialos. The land has a flat plateau at the top, a large gently sloping area and steep cliff sides going down to the sea. A path leads down to the beach of Megas Yialos. The town of Skiathos and the airport are only 2.5 kilometres away. Planning permission of 4,681m2 has been granted in the past for a hotel and bungalow complex of 344 beds by the Greek Tourist Organisation and approved by the Ministry of the Environment and the Forestry Authorities.
This is for a part of the land measuring 24,542 m2 and further planning permission would be granted for the remainder. This permission has now lapsed but, having been granted once, it would be no problem to obtain planning permission again for the same complex or for a similar development. The land could also be used for a private villa or a development of private villas, each of up to 70-100 m2, that could not be overlooked and would be totally secluded.

Aυτό το οικόπεδο έχει έκταση 57,580 μέτρα τετραγωνικά κ βρίσκεται στο ακρωτήρι Καρακαφώλια στην βορειοανατολική πλευρά του νησιού κ πάνω απ’ την υπέροχη παραλία του Μεγάλου Γιαλού. Η γή έχει ένα επίπεδο οροπέδιο στην κορυφή, ένα μεγάλο κομάτι με κλίση κ απότομες πλευρές σε βράχο που κατεβαίνει κάτω στην θάλασσα. Ένα μονοπάτι σε οδηγεί κάτω στην παραλία του Μεγάλου Γιαλού. Η χώρα της Σκιάθου κ το αεροδρόμιο είναι μόλις 2,5 χλμ μακριά. Στο παρελθόν είχε χορηγηθεί πολεοδομική άδεια για 4,681 μέτρα τετραγωνικά, για ένα ξενοδοχείο κ συγκρότημα με πανγκαλόους από τον Ελληνικό οργανισμό Τουρισμού κ Υπουργείο Περιβάλοντος Δασών κ Αυτοδιοίκησης. Η άδεια αυτή έχει λήξει αλλά δεν είναι δύσκολο να ξαναβγεί απ΄την στιγμή που έχει ξαναεκδοθεί στο παρελθόν. Αλλή μια καλή ιδέα θα ήταν να κατασκευαστεί μια μεγάλη ιδιωτική βίλλα η κάποιες μικρότερες που η κάθε μια θα είναι στα 70-100 τετραγωνικά μέτρα απονωμές κ ιδιωτικές.
