Directly adjacent to the main villa is guest accommodation of two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. There is another large terrace in front of this building.
The guest studio consists of a large living room / bedroom with en suite bathroom plus a second bedroom with en suite bathroom. This studio has a balcony with a shady wooden patio roof.
Under the terrace of the main villa is another studio with a bathroom suitable for an extra guest or a maid.
All the terraces and the balconies have beautiful sea views. Steps lead down towards the beaches of Tzaneria and Kanapitsa, which are just 5 minutes walk away. Access to the villa is either by a side road (when driving) or by a flight of charming steps ascending from the beach through the shady forest near the road. The villa has its own private parking above, its own water source (a borehole), a large water tank and a reserve tank. Garden terraces and potted plants complete the picture.

Η βίλα Σκορπιός είναι μια θαυμάσια βίλα σε κτήμα 3205μ2, πάνω απ’ την παραλία Τζανέιρα στο πανέμορφο Καλαμάκι, με καταπλικτική θέα στις παραλίες της Καναπίτσας, Τζανέιρα. Σκλίθρη, κ σε όλη την πόλη της Σκίαθου, καθώς κ προς την Σκόπελο κ την Εύβοια.
Είναι μια ιδιωτική βίλα περιτρηγυρισμένη απο πεύκα που προσφέρουν παραλληλα κ την σκιά. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλα τα συγχρονες ανέσεις, η βίλα αποτελείτε από δύο ορόφους, στο ισόγειιο βρίσκεται ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι με τζάκι, μια μεγάλη κ πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία κ ένα μπάνιο με ντουσιέρα. Στον επάνω όροφο βρίσκονται τα 2 υπνοδωμάτια με το καθένα να έχει δικό του μπάνιο ιδιωτικό. Υπάρχει πολύ μεγάλος κήπος με καταπλικτηκή θέα.
Υπάρχει αλλή μια μεγάλη βεράντα μπροστά απ’ το οίκημα. Ο ξενώνας αποτελείται από ένα μεγάλο σαλόνι / δύο κραβατοκάμαρες με ιδωτικό μπάνιο η καθεμία. Αυτο το στούντιο έχει μια σκιερή αυλή.
Όλες οι βεράντες έχουν καταπληκτική θέα στην θάλασσα. Σκάλες σε οδηγούν κάτω στην παραλία της Τζανέιρα κ της Καναπίτσας μόλις σε πέντε λεπτά. Είσοδος προς την βίλα γίνεται είτε με το αυτοκίνητο από ένα δρομάκι, είτε με ελικόπτερο σε ένα σκιερό δάσος.
Έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινκ, μια γεώτρηση, μια μεγάλη δεξαμενή νερού, κ ένα εφεδρικό ρεζερβουάρ. Κήπος με πεζούλια κ γλάστρες σημπληρώνουν την εικόνα.
