TIME SHARING AGREEMENT AT NOSTOS

Time Sharing agreement for a 2 person studio at the Nostos complex, located on the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsular. You hold the rights for the use of this studio (number 53) during the 41st week of each year. But you can also exchange for a similar studio somewhere else in the world connected with this Time Sharing program. For this company, the office in Skiathos is located in the Nostos hotel, and through that office you can check for availability somewhere else. This contract lasts another 40 years. There is a small annual maintenance fee.
