Time Sharing agreement for a 2-4 person apartment at the Nostos complex. This attractive resort has a splendid location on the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsular on a pine-covered hillside overlooking a long, sandy bay.
On-site facilities include swimming pool with poolside bar, sun terraces, beach bar and tennis court. On the beach the facilities include taverna, scuba diving school, waterskiing school, boats for hire and windsurfing.
You hold the rights for the use of this studio (number 53) during the 36th week of each year (6th - 13th September). But you can also exchange for a similar studio somewhere else in the world connected with this Time Sharing program. For this company, the office in Skiathos is located in the Nostos hotel, and through that office you can check for availability somewhere else. This contract lasts another 39 years. There is a small annual maintenance fee.
