MEGAS YIALOS HOUSE & LAND

This brand new house is on a lovely, very private plot of land just above Megas Yialos beach on the north, north east side of Skiathos. The house comprises a large open plan living room & kitchen with large windows giving panoramic sea views towards Halikidiki and Mount Athos, and Alonissos. Stairs lead down to three bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom. There is also one other communal bathroom. There is building permission for two more houses. The plot of land is just 100 metres from the sea and is the last piece of building land before you reach the beach. There is a footpath leading down past a natural spring to the sea giving you a virtually private beach. The views are out to sea to the north where, on a clear day, you can see 150 kilometres across the sea to Mount Athos and the Halkidiki peninsulars. Looking across the land you can also see Skopelos Island in the distance. The land slopes fairly steeply but has been landscaped and is covered in productive olive trees. There is a borehole providing ample water and a large water tank.

Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι/κουζίνα με μεγάλα παράθυρα δίνοντας πανοραμική θέα στην θάλασσα προς την Αλόννησο. Το οικόπεδο απέχει μόλις 100 μέτρα από την θάλλασα καθώς είναι το τελευταίο πριν φτάσετε στην παραλία. Υπάρχει ένα μονοπάτι που σε οδηγεί σε μια φυσική πηγή δινοντάς σχεδόν μια ιδιώτικη παραλία. Όταν ο ουρανός είναι καθαρός στον ορίζοντα φενεται κ η Σκόπελος. Το έδαφος στις πλαγίες είναι αρκετά απότομο αλλά έχει διαμορφωθεί κατάλληλα κ καλύπτεται από παραγωγικές ελιές. Υπάρχει μια γεώτρηση που παρέχει νερό επίσεις κ μια δεξαμενή νερού.
