We, Geof and Lida Baldry, have lived on Skiathos for over 30 years and have accumulated over this time a wealth of knowledge about acquiring property and building in Greece.
We are being assisted by Gigi Varsakis and Jacqui Morris who help us run the office.

We are here to give you the benefit of our knowledge, help you avoid the pitfalls of buying property and ease you through the bureaucracy and necessary paperwork involved.

our office opening hours from May to October are: 

Days: Monday to Saturday: 9.45am to 14.30pm

Evenings: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 7pm to 10pm
