More and more often these days we are receiving requests from clients wanting long-term rental properties in Skiathos – maybe just for two or three months during the summer, or for a whole year and possibly longer.

Many properties in Skiathos are only suitable for summer living i.e. they are not equipped for what can be very cold winters here, so long term rental opportunities are not that common.
